Soul Tempo participated in the 2009 McDonald's Gospel Fest competition. Out of over 80,000 participants, Soul Tempo was chosen to be a part of a major gospel show on June 13, 2009, at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.
Other performers at the event will be Donnie McClurkin, Patti Labelle, CeCe Winans, Vicki Winans, Cissy Houston, J. Moss, Regina Belle, and Hezekiah Walker.
